T hanks to 18 years spent as a Chef on luxury boats (Yacht, Catamaran, Cruise boats…), I’ve had the opportunity to discover the magnificent coasts of Mediterranean Sea, North Sea, Caribbean, US East Coast, and above all to master the use of ship kitchens.

My guests discover flavors of French, Asian or Italian gastronomy through excellent products. I create my own recipes with fresh and quality products. Along the way and depending on your tastes, we prepare together menus that you will love.
