Benjamin Ferrand was embarked from 1st May 2014 to 15th October 2014 on board M/Y GOOD LIFE, an 85 feet motor yacht. We did 9 weeks of charter and 4 weeks owner. Benjamin is a perfect Chef, his level of skills is really high. In any situation or any guest expectation, he has always the solution to provide the best meal for charterers. He is also always in a good mood. I would recommend him to any bigger and busy charter yacht; I will be always available to confirm this reference letter.Anyway, the owner and I will be very happy to welcome him on board next season. Benjamin cooked four excellent meals for us while were skiing. The menus were thoughtful with interesting combinations of flavours and herbs. Everything was well cooked, nicely presented and courteously served. Our big after skiing appetites were definitely satisfied too. The yacht was a perfect choice for what we needed – perfect size, style, layout… Everyone loved it! The entire crew was excellent – great service, phenomenal attitude, great energy, very professional. Food selection and preparation was first class, way beyond our expectations. Mr Benjamin Ferrand has been part of my crew since 2010. He has been working season after season as Chef on board MY 4 FUN then on MY GRAND CRU III. The yachts operate privately and charter in the Med to the highest standards. Mr Benjamin Ferrand is a key factor in the success of the running of the yacht.Mr Benjamin Ferrand’s cuisine has been, if I dare to say, more than appreciated by the charterers and the owners.
